I arrived in Carlsbad from Scotland just over twenty years ago and still can't believe how fortunate I am to have found such a wonderful place to live and work. It's my real pleasure to help other people with their home ownership journeys, whether they're first time buyers, or sellers wishing to move up the property ladder here in beautiful San Diego.  More often than not, my clients become lasting friends, long after the transaction is over.
In my spare time I love to play pickleball and enjoy volunteering at Rancho Coastal Humane Society where I find great satisfaction in fostering dogs while they're waiting to find their forever homes.  Of course, there's always the possibility that we just can't give one back and that's what happened with our current dog, Gracie.  After fostering her for five months she became a 'Foster Fail' but she's a winner with us! It's a good life!
